BEST SURFACE PROPERTIES

PVD is an effective method of MODIFYING and IMPROVING SURFACE features in terms of aesthetic appearance, mechanical properties and durability. PVD coatings are harder and more corrosion resistant than coatings applied by traditional electroplating processes. They can resist to high temperatures and to abrasion stresses, therefore additional protective coatings are not required.

LARGE VARIETY OF MATERIALS FOR MANY APPLICATIONS

Different kinds of coating materials (organic, inorganic, conductive, not conductive) can be deposited onto a wide rangeof substrates, whether METAL or PLASTIC. Surface finishing is preserved.

MANY LAYERS AND DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES (PVD AND PECVD)

MORE THAN ONE TECHNIQUE can be used in the same production to get all the advantages offered from the merging of the best properties of the coating. This allows to deposit every material on several kinds of substrates.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

PVD is an excellent alternative to electroplating (galvanic) and other painting technologies known to be harmful TO THE ENVIRONMENT. It is therefore replacing galvanic technology in many production processes.

  • The KSA 700-1300 V series, PVD systems for large production volumes

    The KSA series consists of highly versatile PVD systems, designed for large production volumes and decorative applications.

    Fully automatized and easily operated by a single operator, these industrial PVD equipment are characterized by single and double rotation carousels. The carousels can be customized to meet substrate specifications and integration into the production line.

    The KSA range offers flexibility in the configuration of PVD sources and is ready to host Hi.P.Po. (the new source patented by Kenosistec which allows to increase productivity up to ten times *).


    Furthermore, a report is drawn up after each deposition cycle which ensures the quality and integration of the system into the customer's production process.

    *Deposition time 10 times shorter than traditional rectangular sputtering cathodes.

  • Hi.P.Po.

    The new generation of Sputtering cathodes that do not transfer heat to substrates during deposition. Developed and patented by Kenosistec, HI.P.PO. it allows to increase productivity by 10 times, thanks to a higher deposition rate, energy savings and to reduce the consumption of target material. Custom sizes available according to specific needs.
